Gamero Corporation Community Guidelines

1. Do Not Disclose Personal Information

Description:

Personal data includes:

• Full name;
• Email;
• Password;
• Home address or other addresses;
• Phone number;
• Social security number, passport, or national identity number;
• Real-life photos, personal or family photos; and
• Other identifiable personal data.

2. Provide Accurate Information

Description:

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using Gamero Corporation services, including their date of birth and other personal details. The use of false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

3. Harassment and Cyberbullying

Description:

We do not tolerate this. Examples include comments or actions intended to:

• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, hurt, attack, abuse, or humiliate someone (or something a person cares about). This includes using or encouraging the use of profanity;
• Reveal someone’s personal information;
• Sexualize someone or something, including sexual harassment and sexual bullying in any form;
• Harass or isolate someone (or something a person cares about) for ridicule, abuse, malicious attack, or any analogous action;
• Publicly call attention to others’ inappropriate behavior. You should use our site’s communication tools to report any inappropriate behavior; and
• Encourage others to engage in the above-mentioned actions.

4. Exposure of Children to Risky Situations

Description:

We have users of all ages and wish to create a safe environment for everyone, including children. Therefore, we do not permit any actions that could place children in inappropriate or dangerous situations, such as:

• Corruption of minors and other predatory behaviors;
• Anything that sexualizes children; and
• Any other acts or comments related to these Guidelines directed at or concerning children.

5. Discriminatory Speech or Actions

Description:

You are not allowed to engage in discriminatory actions or speech based on any of the following:

• Race or ethnicity;
• Nationality;
• Religion or religious affiliation;
• Disability or illness;
• Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation;
• Age; or
• Veteran status.

6. Threats and Self-Harm

Description:

In the digital environment, it is difficult to discern what is a joke and what is serious. Therefore, we take all threats seriously and do not allow any threats on Gamero. We also take self-harm communications very seriously.

7. Seeking Romantic Relationships or Partners

Description:

As a social platform for chatting, Gamero aims to provide a safe place to make online friends, play, chat, and collaborate on creative projects. However, this is not the place to seek romantic partners.

8. Sexual Content

Description:

We do not allow such content, including:

• Sexual content or acts, sexual violence, exploitation of any kind, or excessive violence. This includes such content, regardless of nudity or whether it reaches the level of pornography or explicitness.

9. Excessively Violent Content and/or Content Related to Tragic Events or Current Circumstances

Description:

We do not allow such content, including:

• Atrocities, massacres, and other shocking real-world (or pseudoreal) events; and
• Extreme violence, physical or psychological abuse.

10. Dangerous, Unethical, and Illegal Activities

Description:

We not only do not allow such activities, but we also do not allow anyone to discuss or encourage others to discuss (or engage in) such acts, including:

• Illegal system intrusions, identity theft, harassment, vulnerability exploitation, fraud, spam, deceptive practices, scams;
• Misleading thumbnails or other images, videos, or texts, whether sexual or sexually inappropriate;
• Gambling with Gamero or real money;
• Criminal activities of terrorist organizations, Nazi or neo-Nazi groups, gangs, and gang violence;
• Instructions for committing violent activities, including making bombs or weapons;
• Criminal activities;
• Illegal drugs or controlled medication without a prescription;
• Use or sale of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco by minors; and
• Blackmail or extortion.

11. Discrimination

Description:

We expressly honor diversity in age, gender, gender identity or expression, culture, ethnicity, language, nationality, political beliefs, profession, race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and technical ability. We do not tolerate discrimination based on any of the above protected characteristics, including participants with disabilities.

12. Changes to Guidelines

We may update our guidelines, terms of use, and privacy policies periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes with reasonable advance notice, and your continued use of our site will be considered acceptance of the new guidelines. We recommend that you periodically review our guidelines to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.

13. Consequences and Violations

Description:

The type and severity of the actions we take for violations (i.e., a breach of Gamero Guidelines and other guidelines that are part of these General Guidelines, including these Rules) are judged on a case-by-case basis (at our sole discretion). We consider the type of violation, whether you are a repeat offender, and other factors. You should be aware of the following:

• Certain minor violations will result in a warning or temporary suspension.
• More serious violations will result in a permanent suspension.
• If your violation is severe, we may not allow you to have a Verified Badge.
• If you have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to take action against all of your accounts for any single violation or multiple violations.
• The account holder is responsible for all violations that occur on that person’s account. Therefore, never share your password with anyone else (except, if you are a minor, with your legal guardian).
• Do not discuss publicly any actions we have taken against you or someone else for a violation.

• If you breach these Rules while participating in a live event organized on behalf of or in the name of Gamero, you may be banned or expelled from the event at the discretion of the event organizers.
• If you see another user or content on our site violating our Guidelines, click the Report button to log an occurrence in our moderation systems.
