1. Terms

By accessing Gamero Gaming, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. All materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

2. License Use

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use materials for personal, non-commercial use within Gamero Gaming only. This license does not transfer ownership. Materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used outside the platform. Under this license, you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on Gamero Gaming;
4. Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
5. Transfer the materials to another person, 'mirror' them on any server, or use them outside the platform.

3. Disclaimer

All materials on Gamero Gaming are provided 'as is'. Gamero Gaming makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Gamero Gaming does not guarantee uninterrupted access, nor is it responsible for errors, interruptions, or issues with Gcoins or virtual items.

4. Limitations

Gamero Gaming and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if previously notified. Gamero Gaming is also not responsible for third-party content or linked sites.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Gamero Gaming does not guarantee that materials are accurate, complete, or current. Changes may be made at any time without notice, and the platform is not obligated to update materials.

6. Links

Gamero Gaming is not responsible for content on linked external sites. Inclusion of links does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

7. Virtual Currency - Gcoins

Gamero Gaming uses the virtual currency Gcoins for transactions within the platform. Gcoins can be used to purchase items, services, or access exclusive features.

7.1 Acquisition of Gcoins

Gcoins can be acquired in three ways within the platform:

• Raffles: Users can participate in raffles held periodically within the platform and win Gcoins.
• Donations: Users can receive Gcoins as part of donations made by other users or the platform itself.
• Item Sales: Users selling items on the platform can receive Gcoins in exchange. Note: items sold may include images or other virtual items that cannot be downloaded or transferred to a computer.

7.2 Use of Gcoins

After acquiring Gcoins, users may use them to purchase items, access exclusive services, or participate in other activities within Gamero Gaming.

7.3 Limitations and Restrictions of Gcoins

• No real monetary value: Gcoins are exclusive to the platform and have no value outside the Gamero Gaming ecosystem.
• Items sold: Items purchased with Gcoins, such as images or other virtual products, are exclusive digital property within the platform and cannot be downloaded, transferred, or used outside the platform environment.
• No refunds or conversions: Gcoins cannot be converted to real money or transferred to other platforms.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Gamero Gaming, you agree to follow an acceptable use policy, which includes but is not limited to:

• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others;
• Not using offensive, discriminatory, or harmful language in interactions with other users;
• Not engaging in illegal or harmful activities on the site;
• Not engaging in spam, phishing, or any other form of unsolicited communication;
• Not attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the site or related systems;
• Not engaging in cheating, exploiting, hacking, or any activity that compromises the platform. Gamero Gaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. User Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content they post. Gamero Gaming may monitor, review, or remove content at any time without notice. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights.

10. Responsibility for Submitted Content

10.1 Responsibility for Submitted Content - Images

Users must hold all necessary copyrights, licenses, or permissions for images submitted. Submitting third-party content without authorization is prohibited. Users are fully responsible for any copyright infringements or legal violations resulting from submissions.

10.2 Limitations on Use of Images and Digital Items

Images and digital items purchased or sold on the platform are exclusive to Gamero Gaming and cannot be downloaded, transferred, or used outside the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or banning.

10.3 Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact support (see Section 16). Gamero Gaming will respond promptly, removing or blocking infringing content in compliance with EU and Portuguese law.

10.4 Prohibition of Copying or Misuse of Images

Users may not copy, download, redistribute, or transfer images outside the platform without permission. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

10.5 Ownership and Exclusivity of Images

Images acquired on the platform are exclusive to the user within Gamero Gaming but cannot be transferred, resold, or used externally. Gamero Gaming reserves the right to revoke licenses for unauthorized use.

10.6 Notice of Trademark Infringement

Gamero Gaming respects the intellectual property rights of third parties, including registered trademarks. If a trademark holder believes that any content infringes their trademark rights, they must submit a formal written request using the contact provided in Section 16. Gamero Gaming will review the request and may remove or modify the content in accordance with the complaint.

11. Minimum Age Requirement

Use of Gamero Gaming is only permitted for individuals aged 13 or older. Users under 16 must have parental or guardian consent for participation and purchases.

12. Changes to Terms of Use

Gamero Gaming may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be clearly posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Portuguese courts.

14. Refund Policy

14.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for items purchased within 14 days, except for consumable or unlocked items.

14.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, go to your inventory and use the refund request button if within 14 days. Support will review and approve or deny requests. Gcoins will be refunded to the user account if approved.

14.3 Refund Requests After 14 days

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances.

14.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

15. Data Protection

User data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR, including rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability.
